Gymnastics Exhibition, Wedding, Mission Farewell, Color Guard.....OH MY!

Gymnastics is over for me :(
But I made color guard team 
so its all good. I think.
Gymnastics Exhibition Theme was

I had alot of fun, It was painful but it 
was fun. 
This is my team
We are all amazing. I love my coaches: 
Alex, Gabby, Maddie (the meanest coach ever), 
and Ally (not pictured)


My old gymnastics coach Chelsea (one of the best coaches on the planet!)  got married to a nice man named
Tyson. They go perfect together. I'm so happy for them!
Congrats Chelsea! You guys are perfect 
for each other!


My other old gymnastics teacher Gabe (who is an amazing gymnast) 
got his mission call and I got the opportunity to go to 
his mission farewell!
He is going to Guatemala! I'm so excited
that he's going on a mission! :)



So a few weeks ago (beginning of May)
I tried out for Color Guard. 
I didn't know if i would make it or not but I was hopeful.
I went to clinics Monday through Thursday from 3pm-5pm and
Then to gymnastics on tuesday and thursday 
and Young Womens on Wednesday 
along with Presidency Meetings (CRAZY WEEK!)
Tryouts were on Friday from 3:30 pm- 7pm (ish)

We found out saturday if we made the team or
if we didn't make the team. 
(the nice thing was was that they could take as many as they wanted)

They posted the list on Saturday morning and......
My name was on the list!
I had made the team!
They have 2 'teams': field show and junior 
I made field show!
The nice thing about the coaches is that i already knew one of them because 
she's my best friends mom! :)
(she's amazing by the way)
I am going to be spinning flags :) 
So excited!!!!

it gets better

when i was in high school, i did not feel like i belonged. i was suicidal, i struggled with depression, anxiety and an eating disorder. i was sure that i would end it all. i never thought that id make it to college. never thought that i would graduate high school. here i am, writing at 12:48 am about my past and im filled with gratitude and tears. i graduated high school but not only that i beat my eating disorder, i got help for my anxiety and depression, and i even got a tattoo to remind me where ive been. it gets better. it truly does. ask for help, talk to someone. even if its just a friend. thats how it can start. it truly does get better. i know it may not feel like it now but it does and one day you will look back on your life and be grateful you kept living. i see you. im here. i hear you. i love you. you are worth it. you are beautiful.

things i wish i could tell you
