A little help for school.

Okay, so with school just starting, or happening where you're at right now, you may feel a little anxious, overwhelmed, stressed, scared, etc. Your parents may be fighting non-stop, you may be getting bullied at school whenever you walk down the halls, you may feel like you have no where to go anymore. Like all hope is lost. You may feel alone, like there is no one there. You may also be thinking about your "friends" the ones that said they'd call but didn't, the ones that spread rumors, the ones that left you when you needed them most. You may even be feeling helpless. Not right now but 10 minutes ago, 5 minutes ago, 2 minutes ago, or even 2 months, 3 months, even a year ago. But somehow, those thoughts just keep creeping back in, those demons come out to play and let me tell you, those demons most likely don't play nice. Just know that you're not alone. You're not helpless. You're stronger than this. You will win this fight. You ARE strong, you ARE important, you ARE beautiful, you ARE loved. And if you feel like no one else loves you at this point, please just know this, I do. I know what you're going through, I know how to get out of it, I know what it feels like to be losing the fight, to feel like your world is falling apart right now. I know. And I know because I've been there. It's not fun. But I also know how to survive this. When you feel like you can't do anything anymore, go to this site. Just breathe. put in earphones and shut out the world.
Its called the The Quiet Place Project. Just go and listen for a couple minutes. Its the best.
